Yes. Our hydrotherapy tubs are designed specifically for babies and use fresh water, drained and refilled for every baby. Sessions are always guided by trained staff.
We welcome babies from 1 month to 3 years, ensuring every session matches their developmental stage.
Yes, our infant, pediatric, prenatal and postnatal massages are performed by Registered Massage Therapists and are covered under many extended health plans.
Just your diaper bag essentials. We provide towels, floats, oils and everything else you need.
Acupuncture is performed by Registered Acupuncturists (R.Ac, CTCMPAO) and osteopathy by an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Many extended health plans cover both under their own categories, separate from massage. We provide insurance-ready receipts. Check your individual plan for details.
Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email so we can offer the time to another family.
Yes. Shikha Basiya, a Registered Physiotherapist rostered for internal pelvic assessment, sees clients of all genders for bladder leaks, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy and recovery after birth. No referral is needed, and your baby is welcome. See pelvic floor physiotherapy.
